Update

Happy Easter! I'm sitting here waiting for the kids to come over. It's only Jess, Ant, and Phil as Rob has to work... :( But, at least the rest are! Church this morning was a wonder. The kids were adorable and the message really really good. So many went forward and it was such a blessing!

Only one of the canary couples have had eggs. Three so far. The one that built her nest first hasn't had any! I know it's a red alert, but am not entirely sure what to do about it. She seems to pop around the cage eating alright...

Paul and I are considering builing an aviary in the loft. We need to check out how much it would cost, and just how much work it would be. I have always wanted one and cannot imagine how fun it would be! I like the idea of having it indoors so I can enjoy it all of the time and not have to worry about weather and insects.

I had to tell the lady from church I couldn't be on the toy cleaning assignment. I did it twice and it was SUPER hard on my back. There is unfortunately something about the perpetual leaning over the sink that KILLS me. Not that I'll miss the job, just that I think it makes me look like a loser for not doing it. But it seemed insane to do something so insignificant at such a cost. She mentioned the possibility of making some Playdoh....guess I'll hang out and hope.
